Financial advisory for your business

Many businesses bill well and still don’t know whether they make money. We put your numbers in order so you can decide with data: what to charge, what to cut and how much you can invest.

What’s included

01

Cost structure and pricing

We work out what each service or product really costs you, and the price you need to make it profitable.

02

Cash flow

Month-by-month forecast of money in and out, so you see tight months before they arrive.

03

Indicators and dashboards

A simple panel with the few numbers that actually matter in your business, kept current and easy to read.

04

Profitability by service

Which lines of business leave you a margin and which eat your time without paying for it.

05

What to do with your first profits

How much to reinvest, how much to set aside for taxes and slow months, and how much you can pay yourself without starving the business.

Who it’s for

Entrepreneurs who just made their first profits and don’t know what to do with them, and growing small businesses with no clarity on margins or order in their numbers to decide on pricing, hiring or investment.

We leave you a simple dashboard and review regularly that the numbers are heading the right way.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace an accountant?

No. Your accountant handles tax and bookkeeping obligations. We work on the management side: costs, pricing, cash flow and indicators for decision-making.

Do you advise on stocks or financial instruments?

No. Our work is the financial management of your business. We don’t give investment recommendations or broker financial products.

Do I need my numbers in order before starting?

No. Putting them in order is part of the work. Whatever you already have is enough: sales, expenses and invoices.

Who will I be working with?

Oscar Vidal Salazar, the studio founder. I am studying Business Administration and Management at Universidad Europea de Madrid and I have spent three years running the numbers of my own business, from unit cost to final price and margin. I am not a chartered accountant or a registered investment adviser.

How often do we meet?

The assessment is two or three concentrated sessions. If you then take the follow-up, it is one review a month: what happened, what drifted from plan and what decision that calls for. In between, specific questions get answered by email.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us what you need and we’ll send you a proposal with scope, timeline and price.
