1. Who we are

This site and its related services are operated by OVS STUDIO E.I.R.L., tax ID (RUC)20616393929, registered at Cal. La Cima 170, Urb. La Rinconada Alta, La Molina, Lima, Peru. For anything related to this page, write to[email protected].

2. Regulatory framework

We process personal data under Peru's Personal Data Protection Act (Law No. 29733) and its implementing regulations. What we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights is set out in ourprivacy policy.

3. Invoicing and tax obligations

We issue electronic payment receipts in the name of OVS STUDIO E.I.R.L., in line with SUNAT regulations.

4. Providers that process data on our behalf

We name them rather than referring to them generically, so you know exactly where your data goes:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, content delivery and cookieless analytics.
• Supabase — the database behind our internal operations, hosted in Ireland (European Union).
• Microsoft 365 — corporate email.

5. Analytics and search engines

This site does not use Google Analytics or any tool that sets cookies. In fact it sets no cookies at all, which is why you will not see a consent banner either. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which builds no profiles and identifies no one. The domain is verified in Google Search Console through a DNS record: that tool runs no code on the site and receives no data about your visit, it only shows us how we appear in search results.

6. Technical measures

• All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, with HSTS enabled.
• The site sets a content security policy and headers that prevent it from being embedded elsewhere and stop files from being interpreted as the wrong type.
• Email for the domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• We do not store your IP address from the contact form: only an irreversible fingerprint, used solely to limit automated submissions.
• Our internal operations live in a private panel, with no public access and per-person permissions.
