2. Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law), its regulations, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Peru.

3. Data we collect

• Data you provide through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
• Data you voluntarily send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) logged by our hosting provider for security and operation.

4. Purposes

• Responding to your inquiries and quote requests.
• Managing our business relationship and delivering our services.
• Issuing invoices and complying with tax and legal obligations.

We don’t use your data for automated decision-making and we don’t sell it to third parties.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and where applicable on the performance of a contract or compliance with legal obligations.

6. Recipients and transfers

To run this site we use technology providers (web hosting, form handling and email) that may process data outside Peru under appropriate security safeguards. We only share your data with these processors as needed for the purposes above, or when required by law.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of our business relationship and applicable legal periods.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by emailing legal@ovsstudio.net with your name and the right you wish to exercise. You may also contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption.

10. Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we’ll update this policy beforehand.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
